Save me, PLEASE!

I was in a conference for the bulk of the day yesterday and it was boring and I have to go to another session today.  I don't want to be there, and it's Friday, and it's supposed to go until 7 tonight. AND there is a third session tomorrow.  Uh, no.  No no no no no.  I am leaving early.  Let's face it, there is only so much I can take.  I am trying very hard not to be one of those assholes who checks her blackberry/droid every two minutes, but it has been incredibly hard. It is so boring that I have literally had to pinch myself repeatedly during some parts of it just to stay awake. To top things off, I had a work emergency, and had to go back to my office to file things during my one respite, the lunch break. I'm not a coffee drinker and I am trying to limit my soda intake, but good lord if today doesn't go any better, I think I may have to mainline caffeine today to make it through.  Pray for me, people.
